Kansas City Disability Mentoring Day has grown to two events, one on each side of the state line offering sessions on Job Searches, Entrepreneurship, Interviewing and Resume Help as well as Career Exploration with employers and networking with Service Organizations that can help the job seeker. Girls will spend time together learning about manners, taking care of their bodies, self-advocacy, building friendships, confidence and social interactions. Provided a circle of friends to inspire confidence, learn healthy habits, and enjoy girl time.
Age: 10 – 16 years Cost: $60
