Resilience is being able to bounce back from stress, challenge, tragedy, trauma or adversity. When we are resilient, we are braver, more curious, more adaptable, and more successful in our daily endeavors.
The great news is that resilience is something that we can learn. Our brains are amazingly adaptable!
This meeting is a support group meeting for teenagers and young adults with ADHD! Our speaker will be Katherine Melton, MPH, MCHES, Community Prevention Coordinator, JoCo Mental Health Center.
This meeting is designed for teens (middle and high schoolers). Parents are welcome to stay, but it is not required.
